What the App does RigCheck Fleet helps teams manage equipment and safety inspections. You can create an account, join an organization, view assigned machines, complete inspections, and (for owners) manage fleet and team settings. Information we collect Account information: email address and authentication data when you sign up or sign in. Profile information: display name and optional profile photo. Operational data: organization membership, equipment records, inspection results, notes, and timestamps you enter in the App. Photos: optional images you attach (for example profile, equipment, or inspection photos). Device/network: basic connectivity and diagnostics needed to run the App (e.g. error messages). Purchases (owners): if you use in-app purchases, our payment partner processes payment information; we do not store full payment card numbers in the App. How we use information To provide and operate the App (accounts, syncing data, showing your fleet and inspections). To improve reliability and fix issues. To comply with law when required. How we store and process data We use service providers to host and operate the App, including: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage for photos and app data). RevenueCat (in-app subscription management), if you subscribe or restore purchases. Data may be processed in the United States or other regions where these providers operate, as described in their policies. Your choices You can update your profile in the App where supported. You can leave an organization in the App where that feature is available. You may request access or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at [your support email]. We may need to verify your identity. Retention We keep information as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymize personal data as required by law, except where we must keep limited records (e.g. billing/tax). Children The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Changes We may update this policy.
